Since today is "May the Fourth", I considered naming all of the puppies after characters in the Star Wars movies, but that would be too much work for me - and probably a copyright violation...
Mom, "Hunny", is a 70 pound AKC Golden Retriever, and Dad, "Toby" is an 18 pound AKC poodle.
HUNNY - She is the "goodest" of girls!
TOBY - He is so playful and kind
The 6 puppies - 5 boys and 1 girl - were born on March 30, which means they will be old enough to go to their new homes on Memorial Weekend. You can pick your puppy up before, or after, the long weekend. It's your choice.
This is the first litter for Hunny, although we have used Toby many times as a dad. We estimate the puppies will grow to about 40-45 pounds. That makes these puppies MEDIUM in size. They will be big enough to run and play, and still small enough to crawl into your lap.
